stunning backdrop for magazine's fall fashion spread.

When Boca Raton Magazine was seeking locations to photograph its 30th Anniversary issue, on venue strongly stood out: One Thousand Ocean. The publication’s staff recognized that the new, uniquely modern condominium building in Boca Raton, which is situated on the tip of a private peninsula surrounded on three sides by water, would provide a stunning backdrop to showcase fall fashions for its readers.
The resulting 10 pages in the magazine’s September/ October 2-1- issue, including its front cover, feature photographs of a female model posed in various areas throughout One Thousand Ocean. In each instance, one can see the astounding ocean views.
Jamie Telchin, president of development with LXR Luxury Resorts, watched One Thousand Ocean come to life and knew that the panoramas from the building- as well as the architecture that incorporates reinforced concrete, steel, stone, glass and wood- would be ideally suited for the photo shoot.
